We respectfully request that you give a minimum of 12 hrs notice for any cancellation/reschedules.
No-show appointments and/or more than 1 late-cancellation (less than 12 hours) will now incur a fee equivalent to a standard office visit, currently $95. Other clients and sick patients have been turned away to accommodate your scheduled appointment.
We understand emergencies arise, but a sudden onslaught of no-show and last-minute cancellations have forced us to amend our current policy to be fair to all of our clients and patients trying to get in for appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
